6 Pack Beer Can Rings...

thrown about on the ground annoy me to no end.  I just can't understand how someone just happens to be out on the sidewalk or walking down a street with a 6 pack and they throw the plastic rings that hold the cans together on the ground.

It makes no sense.  So, are these folks just walking along with a six pack?  These things are pretty much everywhere.  There must be a lot of unhappy folks wandering the streets with six packs.

These plastic rings are harmful to the environment.  Mainly they get wrapped around the necks and bodies of small animals and birds.  So please, if you happen to be strolling along or sitting on a street corner drinking a six pack, throw the plastic ring in a recycling bin or at least have the sense to throw it in the garbage.
